The present invention provides a composition containing beeswax and propolis, which aims at wound healing and skin reconstruction. The formulation is developed to be homogeneously distributed on a patch for optimal application at the wound site.

1. Pharmaceutical Composition: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing beeswax and propolis for wound healing or skin regeneration.

2. Additional Components: The composition may further include olive oil.

3. Beeswax Concentration: The composition contains beeswax at a concentration of 0 to 20 μM, ideally 0 to 12.5 μM.

4. Propolis Concentration: The composition contains propolis at a concentration of 0 to 20 μM, ideally 1 to 4 μM, with a preferred concentration of 2.5 μM.

5. Beeswax and Olive Oil Ratio: The beeswax and olive oil are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:4.

6. Wound-Healing Patch: The invention also provides a patch containing the pharmaceutical composition for wound healing or skin regeneration.

7. Topical Formulation: A topical formulation for wound healing or skin regeneration containing beeswax and propolis as active ingredients is also provided.

6. A wound-healing or skin regeneration patch containing any of the compositions from Claims 1 to 5.

7. A topical formulation for wound healing or skin regeneration containing beeswax and propolis as active ingredients.

8. A cosmetic composition for antioxidant or skin regeneration purposes containing beeswax and propolis.

9. A method for producing a wound-healing patch involving:

   • Melting a mixture of beeswax, propolis, and olive oil in a water bath.

   • Immersing gauze or a pad into the mixture for even distribution.

   • Removing the gauze or pad and allowing it to solidify.

10. The method of Claim 9, where beeswax and olive oil are mixed in a 1:4 volume ratio during the melting process. 

This invention is a composition that includes beeswax and propolis, which are both beneficial for wound healing and skin regeneration. The patch is also formulated to promote an even composition distribution and allow for the proper release of action components over a wound site. Specifically, the patch produced by an embodiment of this invention has improved drug delivery effectiveness because the composition is evenly distributed.
