Vision & Aim
Since 2022, I have extended my research into the lives and troubles that stray and underprivileged animals face–producing over twenty articles read by more than three hundred people in my school community. The coincidental beginning of this work kindled a newfound passion for animal issues and disease with the barebones inception of what would become Pawller some four years hence during the winter of 2023.
Pawller has always dreamed of a world where recycled plastic creates new possibilities for abandoned, abused, and elderly/ crippled animals by revolutionizing the recovery as well as recycling of excess plastic waste. We make critical medical devices for the animals most in need, especially those sitting in shelters — And we work to give them a voice! We are in a time of upcycling, and we want to be part of supporting environmental friendliness and animal rights.
My Roles
Since I am the founder and leader of Pawller, it is my job to plan all events — whether organizing a plastic collection campaign or producing/delivering medical devices. I also head our community outreach initiatives, fund-raising events, and manufactured partnerships.
I am also involved in research and services to promote better status of animals, particularly abused, abandoned, or physically disabled ones.
Key Activities
Plastic Recycling and Upcycling
Pawller's plastic recycling and upcycling initiative is a game-changer for animal welfare. By funding collecting campaigns, Pawller is transforming plastic waste into life-saving medical equipment for handicapped, elderly, and abandoned animals. These animals, needing gloves to help them walk, are now receiving the care they deserve, thanks to this innovative campaign. I organized sustainability-concerned events, such as plastic collection drives, in partnership with local schools and communities. We have collected 600+kg of recyclable plastics so far.
Manufacturing & Distribution
The upcycled plastic is then used to make medical devices that are donated for free to shelters where mistreated, abandoned, or disabled domesticated animals get their second chance. We secured $2K from a local wheelchair company. We donated 60 wheels of affordable wheelchairs for disabled dogs to help them move and walk again. I helped 5 rescue shelters, including Gyounggi, Incheon, Seoul, and Gangreung regions, giving them the gift of a new life, mobility, and independence.
Community Outreach & Education
Pawller brings the community together to help and support less fortunate dogs: strays, abused, elderly, or neglected. I have brought awareness to environmental sustainability and animal welfare through fundraisers and events. These outreach activities also helped us at Pawller advocate for shelter animals and spur policy change.
Global Conference on Animal Welfare
In October 2024, I Hosted and Coordinated a Global Shelter Animal Rights Conference with chapters from four countries. The event will help drive global collaboration and demonstrate how care for abandoned and vulnerable animals can be improved in several different parts of the world.
Survey & Study on Strays
This was an extension of my previous work on the life and problems related to stray animals, in which I produced articles and presentations and reached an audience of 300 or above. I broadened her dog-focused advocacy work by researching the cruelty, shelter conditions, and neglect that stray and abandoned cats faced. The results from this study were transmitted via newsletters to mobilize for better practices in animal care and more appropriate shelter facilities.

Lessons Learned & Future Plan
Pawller has taught me how creative solutions should be applied to unending interconnections between environmental sustainability and animal welfare. Through hands-on work, I have learned what it takes to run an organization dedicated to social responsibility and how much of a better leader I can be. Holding the first international conference proved to me that animal rights activism was a worldwide phenomenon; working with shelters and communities everywhere more than ever demonstrates how far around the world reaches our ceaseless desire to look after lives regularly at risk but unable for salvation, whatever improvement is had only slowly built from small things here or there.
In the future, I have plans to further build Pawller with nationwide charity events and production/distribution projects in more areas throughout Indonesia — expand our crowdfunding activities, regular international conferences, and create new programs (like designing & producing cages from recycled materials).
